2. Services and Payment Methods
Salon 1905 offers online reservation and pre-payment services for fine dining experiences and culinary academy programs at our Belgrade restaurant. All prices are displayed and charged exclusively in the national currency of the Republic of Serbia — Serbian Dinar (RSD) — in accordance with regulations of the National Bank of Serbia (NBS). Prices are shown in decimal format (e.g., 1,500.00 RSD).

Payment processing is handled securely through Monri Payments (a member of Payten group), in cooperation with UniCredit Bank Serbia.

4. Service Delivery and Applicable Restrictions
Salon 1905 provides on-site dining and culinary academy experiences at our Belgrade restaurant. Online payments are accepted for reservation deposits and advance bookings. Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer’s provided email address.
Services are available exclusively at our Belgrade location: Karađorđeva 48, I floor, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia. No physical goods are shipped. There are no applicable export restrictions or customs regulations, as all services are rendered in person at the restaurant premises. Salon 1905 reserves the right to restrict reservations based on availability.
5. Complaints and Cancellation Policy
Customers who wish to file a complaint or cancel a reservation may do so by contacting us via phone or email (see Section 3). Cancellations must be submitted no later than 24 hours prior to the reserved date and time. Cancellations received within the 24-hour window may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the pre-paid deposit amount.
In the event of a justified complaint, Salon 1905 will review the matter and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Where a refund is determined to be appropriate, it will be processed exclusively to the original payment card used for the transaction (see Section 9).
6. Currency Conversion Statement
All payments will be charged in the Serbian currency – Dinar (RSD). The amount charged to your credit card account is obtained by converting the price stated in euros into Serbian dinars in accordance with the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate applied by credit card associations, which cannot be known at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.
7. Protection of User’s Privacy
On behalf of Salon 1905, we are committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary basic information about customers/users, as well as data required for business operations and user communication, in accordance with good business practices and for the purpose of providing high-quality service. Customers are given the choice, including the option to decide whether they wish to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer/user data is strictly protected and accessible only to employees who require such data to perform their duties. All employees of Salon 1905 are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
Personal data collected includes: name, contact phone number, email address, and number of guests. This data is used solely for the purpose of managing reservations and communicating with customers. Data is not shared with third parties without the explicit consent of the customer, except where required by applicable law.
8. Protection of Confidential Transaction Data
When entering payment card details, sensitive information is transmitted over a public network in a secure (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI systems, which represent state-of-the-art cryptographic technologies. Payment card data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Monri Payments. At no point are payment card details available to our system.
9. Refund Policy
In the event of a reservation cancellation and a refund to a customer who previously paid using a payment card, either partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, Salon 1905 is obliged to process refunds exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, DINA and Maestro payment methods. This means that the bank will, at the merchant’s request, execute the refund to the cardholder’s account.
Refund requests must be submitted to reservation@salon1905.rs. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the cardholder’s bank.
10. VAT Statement
Salon 1905 D.O.O. Belgrade is registered for VAT. All prices displayed on this website include VAT. There are no hidden costs.
